At Tagua S.r.l., a trailblazer in the high jewelry industry, I was instrumental in orchestrating and executing a multitude of strategic initiatives designed to elevate operational efficiency and stimulate revenue growth. Rubinia, the brand under Tagua S.r.l., is a pioneer in Italy, being the first to exclusively use recycled and certified gold and silver, and introducing the country’s first collection of Fancy Natural Color Diamonds. The company is a staunch advocate of ethical practices, adhering to the Kimberley Process, and is a member of the Natural Color Diamond Association (NCDIA).

During my tenure, I worked in close collaboration with various departments and internal resources, adopting a comprehensive approach to evaluate the efficiency and maturity of existing processes, procedures, and systems. My role involved pinpointing areas for improvement and formulating a Master Plan for managing and executing necessary optimizations. This Master Plan was a key driver in steering the company towards its revenue goals, integrating project management principles with business strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s overarching objectives and efficient execution of every initiative. My role necessitated a profound understanding of both the operational aspects of the business and the intricacies of the industry.
